DEMOGRAPHIC QUESTIONS

We know the importance of demographic data in any analysis, PersonaView provides elegant way to create demographic question. You may ask your responder to select their business division, unit or department on your survey. You don't need to enter all your business divisions, units and department data to populate the dropdown, it is automatically filled.

PersonaView is strong on demographic data analysis by enabling the creation of demographic questions within the surveys. Responding staff can be asked to specify their business division, unit or department. There is no need to enter all business divisions, units and department data to populate the dropdown, it will be automatically filled.

DYNAMIC DEMOGRAPHIC QUESTION DROPDOWNS

Based on what your user selects in a dropdown, data will be populated accordingly in the next dropdown. This can be based on what your staff or responder selects in he business division selection field.

QUESTION DETAILS AND HELP OPTION

If you need to provide more information about question to your user like if you wish to provide some examples, diagram or any reference information about question, you can do this by providing question details. It supports full html, so you can well format question details, put graphics.

Should you need to provide further data with your questions (such as diagrams, examples, or reference information about the question) towards your employees, or responding individuals, you can fill in the question details option which fully supports HTML, giving you the option of formatting graphics as well.

It also supports question help, so you can provide help or guidance on any questions.

Both question details and help are available as DHTML popup which means that you can carry on secure browsing as you do not need to turn your popup blocker off.

CREATE USER-FRIENDLY SKIP LOGIC (CONDITIONAL LOGIC)

You can customize the path a respondent takes through your survey by adding skip logic. Eliminate unnecessary confusion by skipping non-applicable questions which is a proven way to reduce "drop-outs" and overall frustration.

DYNAMIC DROPDOWNS

Based on what your user selects on previous dropdown, it populates the next dropdown.

This feature facilitates the orientation of your surveys by dropdown specific selection. Based on what your customer selects in a dropdown, the following dropdown will be populated accordingly.

TEMPLATE LIBRARY

PersonaView offers you a survey templates library with all standard and popular survey questions pre-created. you can copy entire surveys or groups of questions intoto your survey.

USE PREVIOUS SURVEYS TO GENERATE NEW COPIES

You can use previously created surveys to create new surveys based on those.

REQUIRE ANSWERS

This option makes all or just specific questions mandatory. This feature will assure that you receive a response to all essential questions. You can specify yourself any question to be mandatory. This feature will help to improve the quality of your data.

RANDOMIZE QUESTIONS

The ordering of choices within a question can introduce an unintended bias. Randomizing answer choices works to eliminate this "order bias".
